Building Public Support for 9-1-1 Funding

Devin Lukomski, OTM Cyber President, will be joined by Dan Koenig, Senior Manager of 9-1-1 Program Services at Palm Beach County, about his experience advocating for 9-1-1 funding in Florida and engaging local, state, and federal government representatives. The conversation will explore how 9-1-1 leaders can build relationships with public officials, communicate their needs more effectively, and find creative ways to pursue greater support. It will also examine how sustainable funding ultimately strengthens the people, operations, security, and technology behind reliable 9-1-1 service.
